Promotion cases of seven senior Capital Development Authority (CDA) officers have been referred to the Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD).
The officers include Humayun Akhtar, Sajjad Zaidi, Hafiz Mohammad Ehsan and Dr Shahid Mahmood.
On the other hand, CDA officials moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) against member engineering Hafiz Ahmed Bakhsh and obtained a stay order.
An official said, “We have several officers in grade 19 whose promotion is due but officers from other departments, who are junior to us, get the posts of CDA members and this is injustice with us.”
