It is reported that the Sindh chief minister has objected to the opening of the Chashma-Jhelum link canal. My questions: Was the Tarbela dam built only for Sindh? Was the post-Tarbela increase of 25 percent in canal supplies only for Sindh? Does not Punjab have any share in it?
