It is crucial to equip individuals with the knowledge to recognise signs of mental health challenges and provide resources for seeking help. Through open dialogue, we can contribute to breaking down the barriers that prevent many from seeking the support they need. Moreover, advocating for poliÂcies that prioritise mental health services is vital. By allocating reÂsources to mental health proÂgrammes, we can enhance accesÂsibility to professional help and contribute to the development of a more compassionate and supÂportive society. I urge our community to come together in acknowledging the importance of mental health and working towards creating an incluÂsive and empathetic environment.
