The latest British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards ceremony was held in London recently where several new categories were introduced to appreciate all the technicians and professionals associated with the final production. However, it is heart-wrenching to see in Pakistan no one appreciates the team working behind the camera. This practice should come to an end, and those working behind the camera should be respected for the dedication and hard work they put in.
