The municipal library in Qambar-Shahdadkot has been in a state of utter neglect for over a year. There is no water facility on the premises, and the standby power supply system is no more functional. The fans and computers do not work properly. The chairs are broken, and the washrooms are simply unusable. Students from far and wide come to the library to prepare for the various exams, but do not return the following day for obvious reasons. The matter should be sorted out.
