There is no dearth of cruel bosses in the world. Workers suffer both mentally and physically because of the harsh behaviour and unrealistic expectations of their bosses. Staff members are made to work like robots from dawn to dusk in the fear of losing their jobs. Many of such bosses think of themselves as great leaders, but forget that actual leaders are always down-to-earth and helpful. They care about their teams, treat them with respect, and encourage and motivate them to achieve their targets.
