There are no street lights on Sir Shah Muhammad Suleman Road from Block 13D turning to Hassan Square. This has increased the number of accidents on the portion of the road. Also, due to pitch darkness, mugging incidents have become common. Residents and shopkeepers of the area have lodged complaints with the authorities concerned, but no action has been taken. The authorities should install street lights on the road for the safety and convenience of area residents and passers by.
