On govt attitude

It’s astonishing to see that an ordinance has been promulgated by the President, allowing mosques to hold prayers, congregations during ramadan, subject to following SOPs, especially hygiene !.
One thinks, questions that if such measures have been adopted for mosques, shops, other places, as activities resume, how come the government itself did not care to abide by such rules, principles, specially hygiene, cleaning the city first, properly cleaned, hygiene, as it closed it on Mar. 22nd ?. Karachi the example !. Can such attitude be explained ?.
How would anyone be impressed by such rules, any hygiene considered worth while, if the near surroundings of our neighborhoods paints another picture ?.
The government should first follow its own rules, otherwise crying wolf alone, will be of no purpose !. There are many things which are being considered, to prevent viruses from spreading, hygiene should be foremost !. If the government has to be serious about the matter, then they have to be serious about it, themselves first, otherwise whatever they are saying would be of no help to anyone.
