Raisa Adil appointed new Principal Information Officer
The federal government appointed senior Information Group officer Raisa Adil as Principal Information Officer at the Press Information Department in Islamabad, effective immediately, replacing her prior role as Executive Director General of External Publicity Wing.
ISLAMABAD: The federal government on Thursday appointed senior Information Group officer Raisa Adil as the new Principal Information Officer (PIO), with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Raisa Adil, a BS-20 officer who had been serving as Executive Director General of the External Publicity Wing (EPW), has been transferred and posted as Executive Director General/Principal Information Officer at the Press Information Department (PID), Islamabad.
The notification said the appointment has been made in her own pay and scale and will remain effective until further orders.
