Biker killed, several others hurt in separate Karachi road accidents
A motorcyclist was killed and two others injured after a crash involving a jeep and a water tanker near Korangi Crossing in Karachi. Separate incidents in Korangi, Malir Cantt and Sher Shah also left one boy dead and several others injured.

KARACHI: A 22-year-old man was killed and two others were injured after a water tanker ran over them near Korangi Crossing on Saturday, police said.
Police said the deceased was identified at Jinnah Hospital as Ali Raza, son of Rehmat Ali. The injured were identified as 23-year-old Shamshad and 20-year-old Shayan. According to preliminary findings, the three were riding a motorcycle when it first collided with a jeep. After the impact, they lost control and fell onto the opposite carriageway, where an oncoming water tanker struck them.
Police said the tanker driver fled after the accident. The water tanker was seized, while the jeep involved in the incident and its driver were also taken into custody.
Underage riders in Korangi crash
CCTV footage of another motorcycle accident in Korangi, involving underage boys on the second day of Eidul Azha, has also surfaced. The video shows three boys riding a motorcycle. Officials said the rider appeared to be speeding and driving hands-free before losing control. The motorcycle first struck a footpath and then crashed into a tree.
One of the boys, Sajid, died of his injuries, while his brother Wajid and cousin Olaid were critically injured. Officials said the boys were between 11 and 14 years of age.
Teen dies near Malir Cantt
In another traffic accident near Malir Cantt, a 13-year-old boy riding a motorcycle died after reportedly losing control while performing one-wheeling and crashing into a tree. The deceased was identified as Sylvester, son of Elon.
Policeman injured in Sher Shah
Separately, a police officer riding a motorcycle was seriously injured after being hit by an unidentified vehicle in the Sher Shah area.
