During the brief conversation, the rider introduces herself as Saira. When asked about her family, she says she has four children and is currently raising them on her own. According to her, her husband is no longer in her life, and she is working hard to support her children by doing delivery rides.

The person recording the video says the moment changed the way she looks at life, reflecting on the determination required for a mother to step into multiple roles for the sake of her children.
