Schools in UAE shift to online classes till 4th March

Authorities have announced that educational institutions will shift to online instruction from March 2 to March 4, with comprehensive plans in place to ensure students continue their studies without interruption across UAE.

School administrators confirmed they are ready to implement an expanded distance-learning programme, which will use the country’s Smart Learning Platform (LMS) to conduct structured lessons, review key subjects, and prepare students for upcoming semester assessments.

The remote schedule is designed around multiple daily sessions focused on core academic areas, and a detailed timetable will be shared with students and families soon.

Some schools are adjusting their assessment plans, with some conducting one test per day and others rescheduling or combining exams to fit the revised learning format. Officials stressed that individual institutions will follow their own established procedures and that families should stay updated through official school communication channels.
