My siblings were flying to Dubai from Islamabad a while ago via a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight. After they had boarded, a technical problem occurred in the plane and all the passengers were offloaded. In the middle of the night, they were left stranded at the airport. Some spent the night there, while others spent their own money and stayed in hotels. It is no wonder that PIA is where it is today.
