Extinction of wildlife

The increasing rate of extinction of wildlife is a matter of worry for us. As animals have been very useful to human for ages. They balance our environment and are the beauties of nature. Its really dissapointing that humen are hunting them for fun or money. According to In Defense of Animals, over 200 million animals are reported killed by hunters every year. Approximately 30,000 species per year about three per hour are being driven to extinction. Over 90 species of animals facing extinction in Pakistan: including 50 mammals, 27 birds and 17 reptiles. We need to raise awareness about endangered species. Pakistan is a member of the World Organisation on Animal health She must enforce laws relating to animal welfare. The government must also formulate a national policy on animal protection and welfare.
