NANKANA SAHIB: At least four people were killed in an exchange of fire between two groups in the emergency ward of the District Headquarters Hospital on Monday, as panic spread in the health facility and neighbouring areas.
Punjab Inspector General of Police Capt (r) Arif Nawaz has taken notice of the incident and ordered an investigation.
It would be pertinent to mention that Nankana Sahib is the home constituency of Interior Minister Brigadier (r) Ijaz Ahmed Shah.
