KARACHI: Two persons were killed in different road accidents in the metropolis on Thursday.
According to rescue sources, a 30-year-old man, Azamt, son of Mirbaz Alam, suffered severe injuries when he was hit by a fast-moving vehicle near Indus Chowrangi in Korangi area. He was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
Separately, the unidentified man said to be around 40-year-old, was severely injured and died on the spot, when a speeding truck hit him on Superhighway.
He was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for an autopsy.
