KARACHI: Three people were injured in different road accidents in the metropolis in the wee hours of Wednesday.
Rescue officials said a 25-year-old youth, Safdar sustained extensive injuries when his motorbike was rammed by a speeding vehicle in North Karachi. The injured was rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for treatment.
Separately, an unidentified man said to be around 70-year-old was severely injured when he was hit by a speeding car while crossing the road near Qatar Hospital in Orangi town. He was rushed to (ASH) for treatment, where his condition was stated to be serious.
A 40-year-old unknown man was hit by a speeding vehicle in Maripur area and was moved to Civil Hospital for treatment.
