QUETTA: A 220 KV power transmission line supplying electricity to Shikarpur, Sindh, was partially damaged in an IED explosion in Nasirabad district of Balochistan, on Monday.
According to police sources, unknown men had attached improvise explosive devices (IED) with the pylon, that went off and destroyed the line.
Law enforcement agency along with bomb disposal squad team reached the site and cordoned off the entire area. Further investigation was underway.
