PESHAWAR: The police have arrested 4 suspected terrorists, besides recovering explosives, ammunition, and Improvised Explosive Device (IED) from their possession on Thursday.
Operations SSP Sajjad Khan said that the police, on a tip-off, conducted search operation in Mithra area of Peshawar.
During operation, the police arrested 4 suspects along with 15 kilogrammes of explosives, IED prepared from ball bearing, 5 detonators and 5 fuses. The IED was defused by the bomb disposal squad.
The detainees were interrogated after a case was registered against them.
