At least eight personnel of Frontier Constabulary (FC) were injured when a remote-controlled explosive device exploded in Minzai area on Tank Road.
According to police, a vehicle carrying FC jawans was hit by a road side explosion in Minzai area some 25 kilometres from Tank.
The explosion that was triggered by a remote control device injured eight personnel of FC, besides damaging the vehicle. The injured had been shifted to a nearby hospital where two were stated to be in a precarious condition.
Search operation had been started by law enforcers to nab the perpetrators.
