Disobeying Lahore High Court’s order not observe strike, the Young Doctors Association on Thursday again suspended indoor operations of the government hospitals in protest.
Doctors from Jinnah Hospital and Services Hospital protested against the provincial government and blocked main Canal Road, disrupting the traffic from both sides.
Justice Ijazul Ahsan of the LHC on September 11 restrained young doctors from observing a strike on September 13 and 17, and directed them to continue to perform their professional duties.
