Emaan Rajab, the wife of popular Pakistani digital creator Rajab Butt, has found herself in the spotlight following the leak of a private voice note with her mother-in-law. “Ammi, I have already told you multiple times that it is not important to mention Kivan in your vlogs. People curse him on TikTok. I don’t want my son to come under the public eye. I know how Allah saved him and how I gave birth to him—only I know. I don’t want him to be harmed,” Emaan says tearfully.
In response, Rajab Butt’s mother suggested she would visit Emaan and cut Kivan’s birthday cake. However, Emaan urged her mother-in-law to focus on sacrificing the aqiqah animals instead, rather than cutting the cake.
