ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the squad for the upcoming ACC U19 Asia Cup, with Farhan Yousuf named as the captain and Usman Khan as his deputy. Pakistan has been placed in Group A alongside India, Qualifier 1, and Qualifier 3, while Group B consists of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Qualifier 2, and Sri Lanka.
This tournament will serve as valuable preparation for the Pakistan team ahead of the ICC U19 World Cup, which will be co-hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia in January and February of 2026. In the last edition of the Asia Cup, Pakistan reached the semi-finals before being eliminated by Bangladesh.
Pakistan will kick off their campaign on December 12 against Qualifier 3 at The Sevens Stadium in Dubai.
