PCB likely to change Test squad for Australia series: report

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is likely to make changes in its Test squad for the home series against Australia, scheduled to be played in March, Geo News reported on Tuesday.

According to the report, the decision regarding Test player Muhammad Nawaz’s replacement will be made in a couple of days.

Nawaz, who had suffered a fracture in his foot, was dropped from the ongoing HBL Pakistan Super League by Quetta Gladiators.

Test squad: Babar Azam (captain), Mohammad Rizwan (vice captain), Abdullah Shafique, Azhar Ali, Faheem Ashraf, Fawad Alam, Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Nawaz, Nauman Ali, Sajid Khan, Saud Shakeel, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shan Masood, Zahid Mahmood.
