Pakistani martial artist breaks record

ISLAMABAD: Taekwondo black belt Ahmad Amin Bodla set yet another world record Wednesday by lifting 20 pounds weight on one leg and simultaneously doing 39 single-leg push-ups in 30 seconds, breaking the record of an Indian athlete.

Ahmed Bodla set a new world record by lifting 20 pounds on one leg and doing 39 push-ups in 30 seconds simultaneously.

The previous record was of 31 pushes set in March last.

In 2015, Bodla broken two Guinness World Records for the most martial arts full contact knee strikes and most knuckle push-ups in one minute.

He broke the Guinness World Records for the most martial arts full contact knee strikes and most knuckle push-ups in one minute with 108 knee strikes and 66 push-ups.

He had in 2014 broken the record of American Master Raul Meza with 355 kicks in one minute — a world record that was set in 2011.
