Karachi battery shop turns into battleground after cow charges in
A loose sacrificial cow charged into a Karachi battery shop, forcing workers and customers into panic as they tried to shut the shutters. CCTV shows the chaotic standoff; no major injuries reported.

Karachi’s annual pre-Eid chaos has officially entered another level after a loose sacrificial cow suddenly charged into a battery shop, triggering full panic among workers and customers in a now-viral CCTV clip.
The bizarre incident reportedly took place in a busy market area where the untethered animal suddenly appeared and sprinted straight toward the storefront, catching everyone completely off guard.
As the cow rushed forward, shop employees and people nearby scrambled in panic to pull down the heavy metal shutters in an attempt to block it from entering.
But the cow had other plans.
Despite the frantic effort, the animal managed to force its way inside the shop anyway, sending people running for safety as the scene briefly turned into complete chaos.
The CCTV footage shows workers desperately trying to avoid the animal while shouting and attempting to contain the situation inside the cramped store. Fortunately, no major injuries were reported.
According to reports, the cow was eventually isolated inside a separate room and brought under control after the chaotic standoff.
The clip quickly exploded across social media, with users calling it “peak Karachi before Eid” and joking that sacrificial animals this year have become impossible to predict.
With Eid-ul-Azha approaching, incidents involving runaway livestock continue to flood timelines across Pakistan, turning ordinary streets, markets and shops into accidental action scenes almost daily.
