Bihar wedding turns chaotic after alleged revenge jamalkota meals served

A wedding in Bihar has gone viral online after local reports and social media claims suggested that a celebratory feast took an unexpected and chaotic turn when the number of guests reportedly doubled beyond expectations.

According to circulating accounts, the bride’s family had prepared food for around 100 baraatis. However, nearly 200 guests are said to have arrived at the venue, creating overcrowding and confusion during the event.

Local viral claims allege that tensions escalated due to the sudden increase in guests and pressure on food arrangements. In an apparent act of retaliation, the bride’s father is said to have served food mixed with a strong laxative substance commonly referred to as “jamalgotta” locally.

Soon after the meal, multiple guests reportedly experienced severe discomfort, with social media posts claiming that many rushed outside the venue into nearby fields, leading to widespread chaos at the wedding celebration.
