Drone strike hits mosque in Hassan Khel, triggers panic

PESHAWAR: A drone strike targeted a mosque in the Hassan Khel area on the outskirts of Peshawar early on Thursday, causing alarm among local residents, while no deaths or injuries were reported.

According to an initial police report, an unidentified quadcopter hit Speen Masjid in the Hassan Khel subdivision. The area is considered sensitive and is linked to both Peshawar and Dara Adam Khel.
