BISE Rawalpindi spokesman Arslan Cheema said the examinations would take place at the same centres that had already been assigned earlier, and candidates would appear under their existing roll numbers.
The board has directed both students and supervisory staff attached to the 64 affected centres to ensure their presence at their respective venues on May 2 at the scheduled time.
For assistance and further information, the board said candidates could contact the Controller Examinations at 5450917-051 and 5450918-051, or the Assistant Controller Matriculation Branch at 5450932-051.

Revised schedule issued for affected centres
The revised date applies specifically to the 64 examination centres in Rawalpindi city where matric papers were postponed on April 8. The board’s latest announcement sets out the new date and confirms that the previously allotted arrangements for candidates will remain unchanged.
By retaining the same roll numbers and examination centres, the board has indicated that students will not need to undergo any fresh allocation process before appearing in the rescheduled papers.
The announcement also places responsibility on supervisory staff to report to the same centres on the revised date so that the examinations can be conducted according to schedule.
Board asks students to stay updated
Alongside the revised timetable, BISE Rawalpindi has urged candidates to remain in contact with the board through its official communication channels. In addition to the helpline numbers provided by the board, students have been told to regularly visit the official website for any new instructions related to the examinations.
The board’s statement makes clear that the postponed matric papers will now go ahead on May 2 in the morning and evening sessions at the pre-allotted centres across Rawalpindi city.
