President Zardari calls for unity and political harmony in Karachi meeting with Naqvi, MQM-P leader

KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari emphasized the significance of national unity and political harmony during a meeting held in Karachi on Sunday with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui.

According to an official statement released by the Presidency, the leaders discussed the “importance of national unity, political harmony and continued democracy” in the country. The Presidency, in a message posted on X, stated, “The president stressed unity and stronger efforts for peace and rule of law.”
