Punjab unveils matric class 10 exam schedule for 2026
Punjab has unveiled the official timetable for the 2026 Class 10 exams, starting from March 27 to April 16. Students can find the complete subject-wise schedule here.

The examination boards across Punjab have released the official date sheet for the 2026 Class 10 annual examinations, outlining a detailed subject-wise timetable for both morning and evening groups throughout the province.
The matriculation exams will commence on March 27 and continue until April 16 under a unified schedule. Morning papers will begin at 9:00am, while evening papers will start at 2:00pm. On Fridays, afternoon exams will be held at 2:30pm.
The first day, March 27 (Friday), will feature Arabic, Clothing and Textile, and Geometrical and Technical Drawing in the morning session. The evening session will include Household Accounts and Related Problems (Girls), History of Islam, and History of Pakistan.
On March 30, English (Compulsory) will be conducted, with Group First appearing in the morning and Group Second in the evening. March 31 will see Economics and Physiology and Hygiene in the morning, followed by Child Development and Family Living and Health and Physical Education in the afternoon.
Physics (Group First) and Advanced Islamic Studies (Group First) are scheduled for April 1 in the morning, with their respective Group Second papers in the evening. On April 2, Persian and Food and Nutrition will be held in the morning, while Civics and Wood Work will take place later in the day.
Tarjama-tul-Quran-e-Majeed (Compulsory) Group First and Akhlaqiat (Ethics) for non-Muslim students are set for April 3 (Friday) in the morning, with Group Second in the evening. Biology and Computer Science (Group First) will be examined on April 6 in the morning, followed by Group Second papers in the afternoon.
Education is scheduled for April 7 in the morning session. On April 8, Chemistry and General Science (Group First) will be held in the morning, with Group Second in the evening. Islamiat (Compulsory) (Old) will take place on April 9.
Urdu (Compulsory) Group First is slated for April 10 (Friday) in the morning, while Group Second and Geography of Pakistan for foreign students will be conducted in the afternoon. Mathematics (Science Group) and General Mathematics (Arts Group) Group First will be examined on April 13 in the morning, with Group Second in the evening.
Elements of Home Economics is scheduled for April 14 in the morning, followed by Geography and Electrical Wiring in the afternoon. On April 15, Pakistan Studies (Compulsory) Group First will be held in the morning and Group Second in the evening.
The final written exams on April 16 will include Punjabi, Urdu Literature and English Literature in the morning, with Art and Model Drawing, Dress Making and Fashion Designing, and Management for Better Homes in the evening session.
The boards have also announced that the practical examination schedule will be issued separately, with practical exams to be conducted after the completion of written papers.
