Punjab matric exams date announced

FAISALABAD: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Faisalabad has released the timetable for the 2026 Secondary School Certificate annual examinations across Punjab.

According to the announced schedule, the Grade 10 matriculation examinations will begin on March 27, 2026. The Grade 9 annual examinations are set to follow, starting on April 14, 2026.

Board officials clarified that students appearing to improve their marks or reattempt failed subjects will be examined under the same syllabus in which they previously appeared.

As all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Punjab operate under a unified examination calendar, the dates issued by the Faisalabad board will be implemented across the province, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan.
