Burnout in the classroom

The pressure that students confront leaves them exhausted and burned out. Students are required to stay in schools for five hours which exceed from their natural capacity. The long duration also affects their health, motivation and learning ability. There are no any other fun events, game periods and engaging activities, decreasing students’ inclusivity and confidence. Another major concern is the heavy schoolbags that they have to carry everyday. The schoolbags with bundle of books and notebooks cause severe strain, back pain and muscle damage.

While school system in other countries have advanced majorly by introduction of new methodologies like carrying only a tab than a heavy schoolbag, Pakistan still lags behind, destroying students’ interest. Overall, the school administrations should reduce sturdy hours and create a balance of academic and extracurricular activities for the students feel less burned-out.
