ASF takes over VIP lane management at airports

KARACHI: The management and security of VIP lanes at airports across the country, including Karachi, have been officially assigned to the Airport Security Force (ASF). This move was confirmed by official sources on Tuesday.

From now on, ASF will be solely responsible for the security of the VIP Lane and Lane-2 at all airports. As a result, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) and private security companies will no longer have control over access to these lanes.

The decision comes in response to heightened security concerns, ensuring that the ASF can fully manage and secure these critical areas.
