Rickshaw ban extended for another two months in Karachi

KARACHI: Commissioner Syed Hassan Naqvi has extended the ban on three-seater and five-seater rickshaws on 20 major roads in Karachi for an additional two months.

The affected roads include Sharea Faisal, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, II Chundrigar Road, Shershah Suri Road, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Abdullah Haroon Road, Dau Talwar Shahrah-e-Firdous, Stadium Road, Sir Shah Sulaiman Road, Rashid Minhas Road, Mauripur Road, Shahrah-e-Pakistan, Hub River Road, Quaidabad-Landhi 89 route, University Road, Korangi Road, Orangi Road, and Superhighway.

The extension of the ban aims to address ongoing traffic and safety concerns in these busy areas.
