The cabinet explored plans for launching new mega projects through Public-Private Partnerships, strengthening social protection initiatives, and upgrading hospital equipment and public transport infrastructure in Karachi. Special emphasis was placed on increasing allocations for maintenance and service delivery improvements.

Proposals from cabinet members included reducing non-development expenditures, empowering local governments financially, and expanding digital cash transfers to improve social welfare outreach.
