LHC issues notices to govt, others in ‘X’ ban case

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday issued notices to the parties, including the federal government, on a miscellaneous petition challenging the ban on ‘X’, formerly known as Twitter.

The court also ordered attaching the miscellaneous petition along with the main petition for the hearing scheduled to be held on April 18. Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan heard the plea filed by Hafiz Shakir Mehmood. Later, the court adjourned the hearing until April 18.
