Selection transparency

The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is believed to have told the judiciary that it plans to record the interviews of aspirants and release them on multiple social media platforms. However, in this scenario, the missing elements of accountability and transparency have not been addressed by the SPSC. If the SPSC goes ahead with the said plan, there is a good chance that corruption and nepotism may increase to an unstopable extent, as the authorities could potentially guide or train their favourite individuals on the questions that would be asked during the interview. There has to be some other solution.
