DJ Alan Walker congratulates Virat Kohli on the birth of son

Alan Walker was in Bengaluru for the unveiling of the IPL Team, Royal Challengers Bangalore. During this event, the renowned Norwegian DJ and producer encountered Virat Kohli and conveyed his best wishes for the arrival of Akaay, whom he shares with actress-wife Anushka Sharma. The couple had shared their joy of welcoming their son, who was born on February 15, 2024, the previous month.

Social media is abuzz with a clip of Alan Walker congratulating Virat Kohli on the birth of his and Anushka Sharma’s second child. The interaction saw Virat and Alan exchanging pleasantries, with the cricketer introducing the DJ and producer to the local scene.

In their conversation, Alan asked Virat, “I heard you welcomed a daughter?” To which Virat clarified, “No, we had a son.” Alan, seeking confirmation, reiterated, “A son?” and upon Virat’s affirmation, Alan expressed his joy, “Wow, congratulations! That’s fantastic.”

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma recently embraced parenthood again, announcing last month the birth of their son, Akaay. While the couple has been discreet about their whereabouts, there is speculation that Anushka delivered Akaay in London.

Announcing that their firstborn, Vamika, who arrived in January 2021, is now a big sister, Anushka and Virat expressed through an Instagram post on Tuesday, “Overflowing with joy and our hearts brimming with love, we’re delighted to announce that on 15th February, our baby boy Akaay, Vamika’s little brother, entered the world!”
