10pc raise in salaries of judges approved

ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi on Thursday approved 10 per cent raise in the salaries and judicial allowance of the judges of the Supreme Court and high courts.

The president gave the approval on the advice of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif under Article 205 of the Constitution.
