KARACHI: Federal Investigation Agency on Tuesday arrested two officers of the National Database and Registration Authority on charges of preparing a computerised national identity card for a foreign national.
A case has also been registered against Hamad Hussain and Rizwan Hameed Khan.
With the connivance of Hussain, a 46-year-old foreigner managed to get a CNIC.
