CHINIOT: A 40-year-old woman was killed by his brother for so-called honour who fled the scene after committing the murder here on Sunday.
Police said that the incident took place in Muhammadwala police station jurisdiction in Sahamal area of Chiniot where accused over suspicion of ‘illicit’ relations gunned down his elder sister Shehnaz 40.
The body was shifted to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital, Chiniot and the police after registering a case against the murderer started raids for his arrest.
