ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr. Zafar Mirza on Friday said that all necessary measures are being taken for the safety of Pakistani citizens from coronavirus.
Chairing a review meeting, Mirza said that steps are being taken on an emergency basis to provide protection to people from the disease.
He said the National Institute of Health (NIH) has received samples of twenty-five cases, and all have been found negative.
“There is, so far, no patient of coronavirus in Pakistan,” he confirmed.
