FAISALABAD: Owner of a factory brutally tortured two child labourers here on Thursday.
According to details, 10-year-old Usman and Rehan worked as labourers at a polythene bags manufacturing factory located in Millat Chowk, Sargodha Road area of Faisalabad.
The factory owner was enraged with the minors over some issue, brutally tortured them and smashed their arm bones.
The passers-by hearing the screams of children barged into the factory and rescued them.
Sargodha Road Police reached the scene with a delay of two hours despite being informed timely.
The injured children were shifted to a hospital where it was discovered that their arm bones had been smashed and they had grievous wounds all over their bodies.
However, the police instead of registering a case against the factory owner was reported to be forcing the victims’ families for reconciliation.
