Four rear admirals of the Pakistan Navy have been promoted to the rank of vice admiral, Radio Pakistan reported on Monday.
Those promoted include Athar Mukhtar, Muhammad Fayyaz Jilani, Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and Asif Khaliq.
They have a vast experience of serving at various commanding and staff positions.
