The Sindh High Court (SHC) sought a detailed report on the agreement reached with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) to train police officers, a local media outlet reported on Sunday.
The Sindh chief secretary, the home secretary and the provincial police officer have been directed to appear before the court on December 18 over the matter.
Last month, the SHC had ordered authorities to train investigators to counter criminals using advanced techniques.
