Air-hostesses to civil servants: CJP is the centre of attention

ISLAMABAD: Only a few days after the air hostesses’ incident, the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar on Thursday was the object of the fairer sex’s admiration yet again when a female civil servant heaped praise on him during court proceedings.

Government officers appeared in the apex court during the hearing of the dual nationality case where one female officer acknowledged Justice Nisar and said: “I am so lucky that this case has been an excuse to finally get to meet you”.

The CJP blushed at the officer’s confession. “Please don’t embarrass me,” he said with a smile. However, the starstruck woman went on to say, “We are lucky to still have people like you in the country.”

According to a report shared by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIA) Director General (DG) Bashir Memon, 152 government officers have not declared their dual nationalities.
