FAISALABAD: Civil Hospital nurses on Friday severely beat up a ward boy after he allegedly attempted to sexually assault a student nurse.
According to reports, the incident took place when a student nurse complained of a sexual assault attempt by a ward boy to other nurses who took action on the complaint and started beating up him up.
According to the hospital’s medical superintendent, the ward boy has been suspended and police will be requested to take legal action against him.
Meanwhile, the nurses staged a protest over the incident and demanded strict action against the alleged harasser.
