ISLAMABAD: Four terrorists were shot dead by the security forces in search operations conducted in Sibi and Turbat, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.
According to the Pakistan army’s media wing, FC Balochistan conducted a search operation in the northern mountainous areas of Sibi on the suspicion of the presence of terrorists after reports of threatening calls to the locals. Two terrorists were killed in the exchange of fire.
Separately, in another operation in a remote area of Turbat, the forces eliminated two terrorists who were hiding in a secret place. Weapons were recovered from the site.
