PESHAWAR: The Special Police Unit (SPU) Saturday arrested three members of a banned outfit for distributing pamphlets of their organisation in the provincial capital.
On receiving a tip-off, the SPU team approached three members of a banned outfit while they were distributing pamphlets of a banned organisation at railway crossing near Firdous Chowk in Peshawar.
The SPU confiscated the pamphlets and arrested all three members of the defunct organisation, who were shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
